Rewarding Inactive Pet Society Players

Okay Mintsy... what are you mad about now?

Inactive players got 50cc free... FOR NOT PLAYING!

So? You get free CC each week.

Not 50cc! Not even 50cc a month!

But you get more than 50cc a year... this is the first time this year they've done this promo. Last inactive give away was a year ago.

I'm pretty sure all this equals more than 50cc... which is all an inactive player will probably ever see yearly. Fifty cc wont get you far with how many CC items they release each week so I doubt people who left will be enticed to keep playing over that.

Yeah, I know. But we can't say we don't get any rewards at all. We *do* get a loyal player log in bonus each week. And it *does* equal more than 50cc a year. Playfish throws a lot of crap at us worthy of whining about but this... eeesh we could be getting nothing but yet we do get something!

As for people with a million inactive accounts being rewarded... are we really gonna get all in a tizzy over other people cheating? Yes, Playfish was stupid (because it was able to be abused). Yes, people are greedy. And yes, life isn't fair. But go ahead, stomp your feet over loyal players not getting bonuses and argue that the lotto doesn't count when the lotto will give you far more than what they've offered one inactive account for one whole year.

New Pet Society House

Under Construction

Mintsy doesn't know whether or not to be scared or excited....

On one hand, we could be getting a vacation home! YES! A day away from her Castle home would be awesome!

On the second hand.... look who is building our second home. Or doing whatever it is he is doing.

Can we trust the mayor to build us a house? Or remodel our existing one? How trust worthy has this guy been in the past when dealing with money? How much money has this guy pilfered from his citizens!? TONS. He's just like any other crooked Mayor.

So let me ask you citizens of Pet Society... will you fear for your pet's safety? You might think it looks sound on the outside but you'll move in and a week later the molding will start to crack. The following week the plumbing will break. You'll spend loads to get these things fixed. Then, in that third month....

There goes the neighborhood.


The fine print: In all honesty, it might not even be a house and if it was a second house I would be thrilled. Mintsy and the Mayor just aren't on speaking terms is all. However, a second home would go a long way to smooth things over... and this post in no way means I think PS is going to charge us for faulty virtual plumbing.

They just can't be bothered

Tonight I completed the Color Splash body kit and to my amazement, the inner ears at the Stylist show orange as default for that green color on this kit. Never mind that the advertisement shows green.

Now I know you can pretty much choose any inner ear color you want for the newer colors. You click on an old color with the inner ear color you want then click on any of the new colors.

But this doesn't work for the old original colors. Your options are limited to pink for the most part.

So if they can't even be bothered to fix different inner ear colors for with new colors I don't know if I have much hope of getting Mintsy restored. I'm just really angered they couldn't take the time to come up with new inner ear colors for these new colors.
